Every class opens the same way: we sit together with tea, letting the noise settle before we begin. From there, you'll draw an oracle card, sit with what comes up, and let that become the mantra you carry into metal.

Then we move to the bench. I'll guide you through every step — sawing, shaping, soldering, stone-setting, stamping — at a pace that fits you, whether this is your first time holding a torch or you've done this before. There's no rushing here. This is slow, hands-on work, and part of the point is staying present with it.

By the end, you'll have shaped, set, and stamped a piece entirely with your own hands. You'll walk away with all the skills needed to kep making jewelry on your own!

Logistics

• Where: my studio in La Ventana, Baja California Sur

• What to wear: comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a bit dusty or marked — closed-toe shoes recommended

• Experience needed: none — every step is taught from scratch

• What's provided: all tools, materials, sterling silver, gemstone choices, and tea

• What to bring: just yourself (and, for couples/group ceremonies, each other)
