Unshackling your heart and soul from the restraints of constriction. Reminding your entire being that there is no box that you belong in. That this entire universe is in the palm of your hand, and you are the only one who decides how you play out your life.

So I release the stories and fears that have convinced me to play small. I open my entire being to infinite beauty, possibilities, & wonder of this world.
